How much does this cost ?
The basis of charging will be quoted in writing prior to taking instructions. This is primarily a Management Service, and our fees are related to the scope of the work involved and the value of the land. Agency fees (when we are asked to sell Land) are on a Fixed Fee basis. Our fees are always competitive, and please note that we take our fees from the buyer of the land, not the vendor – sites are promoted free of charge.
Who am I dealing with ?
My name is Bob Goss, MCIOB, and I am the Principal.
I am a qualified Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Construction Manager and semi retired Housing Developer, and I have worked extensively in the areas covered for more than forty years.
My team comprises a number of specialist consultants, all of whom I have worked with extensively on previous projects.

We are good all round development professionals, with extensive contacts for specialisms relating to housing development. In addition to the usual disciplines required when developing out housing sites, we have experience of Flood Risk Management, Archaeological Digs,
Contamination Removal, Site Clearance and Demolition and Roads and Highways issues.
We are also completely familiar with the Planning and Development Process, we can obtain Development Funding up to 100 % of Cost, and can provide assistance with Presentations to Funding organisations.
