What we do

We manage Development Land for Housing in cities, towns and villages in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire.

Typically, we would consider the land in the light of current market conditions, and find a solution that places both buyers and sellers in a win/win situation. This is particularly useful when, for whatever reason, projects have stalled.

Our sites range from single plots to small housing developments, both with and without Planning Permission, and we act for both buyers and sellers of land (but not at the same time!)

If you are buying, we have sites available and can assist with Development Funding up to 100% of costs for viable proposals. And, of course, we are always pleased to hear from Investors.

How we can help you

If you are selling land without Planning Permission, or are a Professional acting for someone who is selling land,

We will:-

  • Make enquiries of the local council as to the particular housing needs in your location
  • Assess the support for developing your land from the City/Town/Parish Council and the Local Authority
  • Prepare a Feasibility Study that reflects these discussions and is commercially viable.
  • Solicit interest from suitable parties as instructed. We have extensive contacts with Developers, Investors and Housing Associations within our area.
  • Assist interested parties with Development Funding, subject to status
